For dismemberment, I'd say the spell heals you and heals over the missing limb stump so that you don't immediately bleed out, but wouldn't reattach the limb even if it were placed … WebYour second-degree burns are just lost hit points, and spells say they remove hit point damage. Even the regenerate spell, which can heal just about anything short of death, is kind of useless outside of hit point healing because there are practically zero things in the D&D rules that remove limbs.
