IRIS is a communication tool to support best practices in social service referral and coordination among community partners. WebBuilt upon evidence-based practices and supported through collaborative relationships, the Integrated Referral and Intake System (IRIS) helps partners identify available resources, make referrals, and monitor whether families receive the help they request.
