WebOutlands is an Amazing Shard but FAR too small. I am 2 months in to playing Outlands. I am very impressed by what they have done. Their custom map is extremely well made. The dungeons are interesting and the custom systems are great. However, the world is FAR too small. I can understand that a small map is desirable because it forces interaction.
